Why is my monday.com Google Drive integration not working?

If DriveSync is not creating folders or copying files, start with the automation trigger, folder link, column settings, and Google account access.

Why does my Google account keep disconnecting from DriveSync?

Check the Google account connected to DriveSync and the failed automation’s error. Reconnect if needed, then verify the required folder and column fields.

Why can’t I open a Google Drive folder in monday.com?

Check which Google account is opening the folder. The account in your browser can differ from the account DriveSync uses to create folders and copy files.

Why are my monday.com files not syncing to Google Drive?

If an automation succeeds but no files appear in Google Drive, check that it copies files and uses the correct Files column and folder link.

Why does DriveSync ask me to pay when I already subscribed?

Check the DriveSync subscription in the same monday.com account as your automation, then compare its plan and seat count with the payment details.

Can I sync Google Drive files back to monday.com?

DriveSync’s standard file sync copies from monday.com to Google Drive. It does not copy Drive uploads or edits back to your monday.com Files columns.

Why are files duplicated or still in Google Drive after I delete them?

Check repeated sync actions if files are duplicated. Copies normally remain in Google Drive after deletion in monday.com; confirm any separate deletion setting.

How to cancel DriveSync or find an invoice in monday.com

Open DriveSync’s Billing tab in the monday.com marketplace to review your plan, find billing history, or cancel your app subscription.

Why is DriveSync blocked after my trial or subscription changes?

Check whether your DriveSync trial has ended and whether the app subscription is active in the monday.com account where your automation runs.

How to rename a Google Drive folder from monday.com

Use a DriveSync rename automation with a folder created by the app. Choose its folder-link column and the column containing the new name.
